This explains what Global Web Concepts collects, why we hold it, and what we do not do with it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Account and contact details — your name, email address, phone number and billing address. We need these to invoice you and to reach you about a service you are paying for. Domain registration requires them separately, because registries require registrant contact details for every domain.
Order and billing records — what you bought, when, on what cycle, and whether the invoice was paid. We keep these because they are business records.
Support correspondence — tickets you open and the replies to them, kept so that the next person to pick up your issue can see what has already been tried.
Technical logs — IP addresses, timestamps and request details, from the servers and from the admin panel. These are what makes it possible to investigate an outage or an intrusion after the fact.
WHAT WE DO NOT HOLD
Card numbers. Payments run through Stripe and PayPal, which take the card details directly on their own systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits — never the full number, never the security code. There is nothing in our database for a card breach to expose, because the card data was never here.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only the providers needed to actually deliver what you bought, and only what each one needs:
Payment processors, to take payment. Domain registries and our registrar, because a domain registration legally requires registrant details to be passed on. Server providers, where a service you bought runs on their infrastructure. Certificate authorities, when you order an SSL certificate they must validate.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to advertisers.
AI FEATURES AND YOUR DATA
Some features send text to a third-party AI provider to draft or answer something — a support reply, site copy, a product description. What is sent is the content of that request. It is not used to train anyone's model, and account credentials, card details and full customer records are not included in these requests.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Billing and order records are kept as long as we are required to keep business records. Support tickets are kept while your account is open. Server logs are kept for a limited operational window and then rotated away. Cancelling a service deletes the data on it — that is what cancellation means, so take a backup first if you want one.
COOKIES
The storefront sets a session cookie so your cart and your login survive from one page to the next. That is a functional cookie; the site does not work without it. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of anything we are not required to keep. Ask through the contact details on our Company page and we will tell you what we hold and what we can act on.
One honest limitation: domain registrant details, once submitted to a registry, are held by that registry under its own rules. We can update them; we cannot make a registry forget a registration happened.
If this policy changes materially, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
